SOAP Envio: OSE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usuario secundarios: es tu RUC + Usuario OSE, todo junto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contrase\u00f1a de tu usuario OSE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOAP Url de la
